How should I conduct myself in an interview?
Career starters are often unsure about how to conduct themselves in an interview situation. The answer is simple: be authentic. It does not help either of us if we find out that we do not suit each other.
What can I expect at GOB?
GOB is a medium-sized, owner-managed and not very typical company. The flat structures allow each and every member of staff to find room for their own individuality. People with a corporate structured mindset will not feel comfortable in the company. It is important for us to find flexible people. We are looking for people who can adapt to changing situations and who think for themselves without blocking the progress of a project. We want people who like to tackle things and follow and achieve common goals with enjoyment and commitment. To put it briefly: people who love what they do.
Which aspects are included in the GOB training sessions?
It would be neither appropriate nor purposeful to list the full contents of training sessions here. Each new member of staff takes part in the Dynamics NAV induction course and other training sessions, depending on the task area, which help him/her to fulfil the tasks. Should I send my application documents by post or by e-mail to GOB?
It is better to send your application by e-mail because we can process your digital application file more quickly and you’ll receive feedback from us within a short period of time. Please use the e-mail address
karriere@gob.de. This ensures that your message is identified accordingly and can be processed.
How long do I have to wait for a reply from GOB to my application?
It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of your application before you receive a reply. If we receive a particularly large number of applications and we need more time to view the documents, you will receive an interim message from us. Simply give us a call if you do not receive any information from us or if you are not sure whether your documents have really been received.
