Trainee program for Application Developers m/f at GOB
Start your career with the GOB trainee program for Application Developers, which is directed towards university graduates in economics, information technology, production technology or machine engineering.
The concept of the GOB trainee program has proven itself over the years. After approximately 12 months, the graduates are personally responsible for participation in the implementation of customer projects.
Each trainee program group consists of approximately 8 to 10 university graduates. The group remains together throughout the intensive training period. Each individual is allocated an experienced Senior Consultant as a mentor for support.
The young colleagues undertake three training phases before they coordinate their individual planning of the next development stages with their mentors and superiors. In all cases, the aim is to achieve the valuable placement as Junior Consultant.
