Career with training at GOB
Start your career with a training scheme to become an IT Specialist or Information Technology Officer at GOB. These qualified vocational training schemes are a real alternative to studying. Based on the possible training courses, we offer the choice between the following training proposals with perspectives:
- IT Specialist for Application Development
- IT Specialist for System Integration
- Information Technology Officer
The length of the training scheme is generally three years. We put an emphasis on practice-oriented training content. Our trainees are given their own areas of responsibility from the very beginning. They are in regular contact with customers and are given responsibility for sales, customer and development projects in the final phase of training.
We allocate four new training placements per year in the area of application development. There are two training placements per year in the area of system integration and two for the placement as information technology officer.
Our aim is to adopt the trained IT specialists into our teams after successfully completing the trainee course, on an equal footing to university graduates.
