Developed from the preconfigured unitop portal, secure company portals can be implemented for internal and external members of staff, various company locations, business partners and customers.

Service portals

Our solution can also be used as a service portal. Your customers can use the portal to register service and maintenance enquiries or make guarantee applications. When a customer enters information, the system automatically generates a ticket which can be sent by e-mail and/or text message to a service employee. This ensures that the enquiry can be processed quickly and directly. Your customers receive the respective status of the enquiry by e-mail or they can view the status in the portal where any faults are also documented. Customers can search and follow the issues and details of previous service jobs in the enquiry history using a full text search.

Customer portals

Increase customer loyalty with the use of a portal. With the help of this portal you allow your customers fast and uncomplicated access to a variety of documents such as invoices, delivery notes, orders and certificates. Furthermore, you can also use this portal to inform customers about current changes: customers automatically receive an e-mail which indicates that new contents are available in the portal.

Staff portals

In almost every company there are members of staff who do not work at a specific workplace. However, access is granted through our unitop online portal so that all members of staff can work with the company software. Members of staff simply register themselves through a standard web browser and can gain access to all of the necessary data and processes. With the use of the staff portal, you can also create a flexible workplace for your external members of staff. They only require a PC with internet access in order to log on to the unitop portal, where they will find all of the usual functions and can work effectively. With the portal solution it is also possible to connect various company business locations or sites.
