Dynamics 365 is a series of cloud-based business applications from Microsoft that use Microsoft Dataverse to store and secure the data they use. Dynamics 365 offers an integrated and modular solution for various areas of your business operations, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and more. You can also adapt and expand it according to your own individual needs.
Power Platform is an additional cloud-based solution from Microsoft that allows you to put together and manage the business solutions you need. Power Platform is made up of four main components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents. With Power Apps, you can quickly and easily create user-defined apps for use on the web and on mobile devices, without having to write any code. Power Automate allows you to create workflows that connect and automate a variety of apps and services. With Power BI, you can collect and analyse data from various sources and present it in the form of interactive dashboards and reports. And with Power Virtual Agents, you can create chatbots that understand natural language and can interact with your customers or workforce.
