Whether it is used for goods inward, commissioning or dispatch, with our add-on, you can cover all of the key warehouse management processes. In the section below, we outline some typical use cases from the trade and industry sectors:
Record goods inward immediately using mobile data capture, print labels and streamline the warehousing process using a warehouse position determination system that is needs-based. Quality assurance processes (QA) can also be used. Alternatively, items can also be immediately assigned to dispatch, during cross-docking processes, for example.
Ensure that picking is performed efficiently – whether single-order picking, a one-pick procedure or multi-order picking is involved. The software will help you optimise movements and reduce errors by reporting errors in real time whenever incorrect data are entered on the mobile data capture device. Even the digital packing template that subdivides the items into packing items and the order status with delivery suggestions are directly integrated.
Delivery notes, dispatch paperwork, labels and invoices can be generated automatically via unitop. Courier, express, and parcel service providers and freight carriers can also be directly linked to the system.
By following dialogue prompts, you can display additional, customer-specific services (such as labelling or packing) in the warehousing process and directly associate them with sales or dispatch documentation.
Manage chaotic or fixed warehouse positions, warehouse units, use-by dates and blocking reasons. The solution supports annual stocktaking, spot checks and ongoing checks (perpetual stocktaking). As part of the commissioning of mobile data capture, you can also perform zero-crossing inventories.
