What can the TARGIT software do?
Pre-defined KPIs and dimensions are available to you in our unitop Industry, unitop Trade and unitop Fundraising business solutions. For example, you can filter your turnover by date of entry, salesperson or sales region and create individual analyses, reports and dashboards in a matter of seconds.
The TARGIT Decision Suite and unitop work together in perfect harmony: All important information and business data are brought together in a single view. As there is no need to switch back and forth between different programs, you can save both time and money. The advantage for you is that TARGIT and unitop will considerably simplify your work processes and allow them to be carried out more quickly.
With TARGIT Decision Suite, you can not only generate tables, bar graphs or pie-charts, but also maps depicting a specific area. For example, you can use TARGIT to generate a map depicting your sales territories as a means of visualising total sales figures by sales area. You can also represent the data in colour using the traffic-light system (red/amber/green).
You can access the Decision Suite in various ways, whether in the form of a conventional desktop app, a mobile app for tablets and smartphones (Android, iOS and Windows 10) or via a web browser. That way, you can obtain an overview of your latest company data at any time.
TARGIT compiles detailed reports for you, which can then be printed out or displayed on a digital dashboard. The interactive dashboards offer great flexibility and can be called up and viewed from your PC, tablet or smartphone.
In TARGIT, you can have regular reports generated automatically to receive the sales figures from the past week, for example. All you need to do is to set the key parameters only once: the Decision Suite remember the settings entered and send you your weekly reports automatically.
Using targeted filter criteria, you can control precisely which employees will receive what information. This makes it possible, for example, to sort analyses of sales figures by sales territory. From now on, only the employees responsible in each case will receive the reports of relevance to their area.
With the TARGIT Decision Suite, you can combine data from a variety of sources. This means, for example, that you can expand your own data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or unitop with additional data from Excel files, Google Analytics or market data taken from the internet. You therefore stand to benefit from a more extensive body of data and can compare your own figures with those of your competitors.
When using TARGIT Decision Suite, you can decide which employees get to see or are allowed to analyse which data. That way, you can ensure that your business data can only be accessed by those who are authorised to see them. That is how TARGIT also plays its part in upholding data security.
Thanks to the very latest technology, large quantities of data can also be evaluated in real time. To do that, your data are heavily compressed using lossless compression, which makes calling up your data considerably faster.
